Confused About Which CPR Certification You Really Need?

January 8, 2026

If you’ve ever tried to figure out which CPR certification is right for you, you’re not alone. Between professional certifications, renewal options, and various training providers, it’s easy to get lost in a sea of acronyms and requirements. I talk to people all the time who aren’t sure whether they need a course for healthcare providers, a workplace requirement, or just for their own peace of mind.

What to Expect During Your CPR and First Aid Certification

January 8, 2026

Thinking about getting your CPR and First Aid certification? Whether you’re doing it for work, school, or just want to be ready in an emergency, it helps to know what’s involved before you sign up. Next, it’s hands-on time. This is where things get real (but

Have you ever felt that flutter in your chest when someone asks, “Would you know what to do in an emergency?” If you’re like a lot of people I meet, that question sparks a mix of worry and even a little guilt. You want to be someone who can step up and help, whether it’s at your job, at home, or anywhere in your community—so why does thinking about it create so much stress?

I get it. There’s a lot of pressure these days to always be prepared. Workplaces require certifications, schools want everyone trained, and even just reading the news can make you wonder if you’d be able to respond when it matters most. For healthcare pros, childcare workers, teachers, or anyone working with the public, this feels like a weight always hanging overhead. And if your
